These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our Site. AlignCX Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
AlignCX Consulting provides operational consulting services including, but not limited to, execution diagnostics, revenue operations transformation, implementation optimization, and operational advisory services.
Services are provided pursuant to separate written engagement agreements. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services, and no services will be rendered without a signed agreement. AlignCX reserves the right to decline any engagement request at its sole discretion.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of AlignCX Consulting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client deliverables produced under a signed engagement agreement are governed by the intellectual property provisions within that agreement.
Information submitted through our contact forms or shared during the course of a consulting engagement will be treated as confidential. AlignCX does not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed services, subject to the confidentiality provisions in individual engagement agreements.
This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AlignCX does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlignCX Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if AlignCX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AlignCX's total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
